Friends of the Library Book Sale

Our biannual booksale was held April 27th through the 29th.  Thank you for your patronage! We did quite well and all profits go directly into the Friends of the Library fund for supporting Library purchases.   If you are interested in joining our Friends of the Library group please click here for more information! We’d love to have you!

The library is taking donations of gently used books, DVDs, audio books, and computer games.   Donations may be turned in to the Library staff or may be left in the donation box to the right of the Library door. (Please no Reader’s Digest Condensed or moldy books.)

There is an ongoing display in the Library lobby of various hardback and paperback books, romance novels, children’s books, VHS tapes and audio books for your perusal. All proceeds from sales of these items go to the Friends of the Preston Public Library (FOL) to be used towards Library projects and activities.  Previous use of FOL funds have included passes for local museums, renovation of the entryway and community room, children’s programs, book discussions and speakers.
